2024 – 2026 Lehi, UT

Safe Streets USA Technical Project Manager II

ADT authorized dealer, ~25-dev engineering org. Ran up to 10 concurrent projects across 3 pods, heavy Salesforce ecosystem, and was the go-to when something broke that nobody could explain.

  • Built an automated 8-day customer journey (Salesforce → Middleware → Twilio/Resend) processing ~10K leads/week; found and fixed a duplicate-SMS bug that was capping delivery, landing at 99% against a 95% KPI
  • Independently discovered a compliance coverage gap (~70% of leads weren't legally messageable) and designed the fix
  • Took over a stalled vendor integration and escalated it all the way to the vendor's CEO to get it moving again
  • Integrated KYC/bank-verification vendors (GIACT, IDKit) for identity and account checks, and shipped an EDI migration protecting ~$100K/day of inventory ordering
2019 – 2024 Salt Lake City, UT

Simplii Telecom Project Manager

Five years as the PM working directly with the CEO on a Chrome extension + mobile + VoIP product for SMB sales teams. Grew the product 5x to 4,000+ users.

  • Owned roadmap and prioritization directly with the CEO — originated features, not just executed a backlog
  • Led the mobile app from zero to shipped, driving it to ~60% adoption as a paid add-on
  • Personally onboarded ~2,000 customers, including flying to Florida to install and configure a customer's full stack on-site
  • Represented the product technically at HubSpot's Partner Day — demoed live to HubSpot's CEO, Brian Halligan (and his dog)
  • Built 10+ CRM integrations from scratch (Salesforce, HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign)
2017 – 2019 Salt Lake City, UT

TKC LLC Project Manager

Investor-backed build-out and operation of a large-scale crypto mining facility, start to finish.

  • Sourced hardware, secured the site, and personally built the network infrastructure for a ~$500K facility
  • Modeled financial performance for investors and made the disciplined call to wind down when the math stopped working
